Emergency Services NON DEPENDABLE. Called in the evening and waited over two hours and yet never received a call to inquire about our animal which they care for throughout the year. Took her to another veterinary service and she needed surgery. CANNOT depend on their emergency services! If they cannot be there when you need them, then what? Did not even call to inquire about the patient they normally see :( How sad!!! |

Bait and switch, don't believe the prices over the phone. I was mailed a bill that was $200 more than explained over the phone for adopting a cat and spayed, declaw services. Get everything in writing before you do anything with this Wold River Vet Clinic. I would just stay away, ethics are just not there. |

New London is very fortunate to have such an outstanding vet service!!! Very caring,compassionate and affordable! I just hope it doesn't get to big and move out of the area. |

I was pleased with my experience at this clinic with Dr. Ziegler. My dog completely tore her ACL and needed surgery. My Milwaukee area vet told me to see a board certified surgeon and they all were charging betweem $1600-$2000. A coworker recommended this clinic stating she used to go here before she moved and that they have a great reputation. I learned many clients from IL take their show dogs here and that Dr. Ziegler performs several ACL surgeries a WEEK. I feel they took good care of my dog and ended up saving me a tremendous amount of money. It was definetely worth the trip to this small town facility. They seem to have a great business and a beutiful office, it was always busy! The staff and Dr. Ziegler were great, he took the time to explain everything to me before i was even a client. |

The vets and the staff at wrvc, are the best people i have met anywhere, they bond with the clients and the animals that come in!they are willing to work with you and will go the "extra distance" to find out about anything that needs to be looked in to, Dr.Jim is in to the thros of reproduction work,Dr. Mark is great with the holistic side, and Dr.Lowell,is new but,he's great with all the animals. |
