Safe Haven Veterinary Hospital Palm Coast FL Review Complaint. Very clean pet hospital. Grassy yard to walk your dog around before going inside for appt. Reception staff keeps asking you to go find all your vet records, when you are busy and just want to set an appt. so the office staff was annoying as I am busy and don't have time to go thru boxes to find that right away. A plus rating is they take the CARE Veterinary Health credit card, interest free if you pay off your veterinary pet services within 6 months. Expensive office visit is $50, overpriced, other vets are cheaper. Vet was OK but did not get down on the floor to visit with my dog. Did not try to bond with dog first like really good vets I have gone to. I would give that an OK rating. Vet was helpful, found a pet medicine prescription for FREE from publix pharmacy and for that service they get an A+ rating for saving money on my prescription. Hope this REVIEW helps others looking for a veterinarian in Palm Coast, FL. |
