The staff, from front-desk to tachs to the DVMs, are unbelievably competent, professional and compassionate. They consider cost in treatment and advise of conservative treatment, as well as what they feel overall is best for my dog. They communicate everything in an common language, and provide treatment on a very technical and efficient level. I could not be more grateful to have CARE, even though the eventual prognosis is grim. They are giving me more quality time with my dog than I could expect in these circumstances and I am blessed to have them, regardless of the expense. |

i really appreciate how kind the satff are, even when you come in acting like a lunatic because your dog is sick (sorry, C.A.R.E., for being such a spaz). as i was there, two other emergencies walked in and i was amazed at how wonderful the staff is at calming people down when they come in crying. the vet that i saw laid out all of the possibilities for what was wrong, gave me my options, answered the phone when i called, and let me see my tiny pup while she was recovering. they recommended that she stay overnight, but did not make me feel like a bad pet owner when i said i could feed her at home overnight. i thought it expensive at the time, but came to find out that owning a pet IS expensive. thank you, C.A.RE., for taking wondrful care of our baby! |
