George Whittle took care of us for 25 yrs. then new owners took over. charged extras on bills for no reason. treated us like dirt when we took a sick dog in. refused to talk to me. gave us two parting gifts. another charge that was never on there before. after I changed to a new vet she phoned and called me a liar and said I told her not to do the tests which the new vet did and more. when money and ego are more important than the health of your pets, very unacceptable. our animals always come first and they dropped the ball and let our girl suffer. no one should tolerate this type of treatment especially with the prices they are now charging ( including all the extras ).Watch your bills and how you talk to this new owner, your pet will be the one to suffer

The veterinarians and staff were great. Service was prompt. Our vet took her time and really explained our kitty's issues and her treatment plan. Lots of evening appointment times which is nice for us.

I visited the vet here because I was concerned that my cat had diabetes. She was drinking and urinating an excessive amount. All I wanted was a blood test to check. Dr.Albert was disinterested in the diabetes theory and proceeded to check my cats teeth, saying that I should put her to sleep and pull a bunch of them, and that while this was done I could have a blood test. Refused to just test blood and implied that i did not care about my cat because I refused to put her to sleep and yank out her teeth when I was sure she had diabetes. Prescribed an antibiotic which she FORGOT to call in. Low and behold, 2 months later my cat almost dies from diabetes (sugar got too high). Luckily I was in NS and was treated wonderfully there. My baby is still alive thanks to Sydney Animal Hospital. I will never visit this vet again.
