Staff is very busy sometime. when they are they do a poor job of greeting clients. It is possible to greet all clients. Just tell them there are X folks in front of you. At least acknowledge humans entering the office. Facilities are modern, clean, comfortable, and convenient. I wish they could open another office in the southwest. Perhaps if they opened another office neither would be quite so busy? That would be good from my perspective. When they are busy, one must exercise patience. When the doctors do see you, you have their full attention. I think they are a little high, but I think this is a case of you get what you pay for. They practice quality medicine, providing clear, unbiased discussion of my pets' situation. I have lived in Las Vegas since 1952. Desert Inn Animal Hospital is the best.

He is the best doctor. Very friendly and caring. He is Bulldog expert, every bulldog owners go see him. My dog loves him.

We went to Dr. Arn for the "Arn Ears" and haven't been happier. We use him for everything now even though it is about 45 minutes drive for us! The staff and facilities are excellent and up to date and the prices are reasonable.

I wish he was a people doctor! His office is nicer than most dr's offices.
