Dr. Hiltz regularly talks over your head and gets rude and unprofessional when you call her on it and demand to be told what exactly it is you are paying for. My pet was constantly given tests for a pre-existing condition that the clinic had ALREADY tested him for. When I went to pick up my pet, he was sitting in a cage on a urine stinking towel that had not been changed in so long it was dried and crusty. Will never go there again and would never recommend this clinic to anyone. The support staff and reception were very polite and compassionate. It is a same the same can not be said for Dr. Hiltz.

Very Expensive!! all I wanted was medication for dogs ear, infection.

The staff have always been fantastic and they treat the animals and clients very well, except Dr. Bahr who occasionally fills in on weekends. Avoid her at all costs. If she is the only one available, pick another day. Otherwise, a great clinic.

Overall great clinic. Been here a few times with my animals. Brought in my cat for a dental procedure. She had some teeth removed and the staff were very good about the aftercare ect. Only downside is the cost, i find this clinic pricey, overall very well maintained and run. Staff are excellent, and level of care is awesome.
