Very professional doctors. Have been taking all my animals here for over five years. Pricey but quality care for my pets is of the upmost concern for me. They offer mailing for medicine refills too. The techs have always been excellent too. I have no hesitation in recommending to other animal lovers.

I have had friendly and profesional service every time we have visited. They diagnosed our puppy and then completly explained options and treatments. The only reason they did not get a perfect score is the very first visit (of about 6) we had to wait almost an hour to be seen.... and with a cat that hates kennels and a two yr old with you, it makes the time seem even slower.. But since then they have been alot more prompt.

Very poor experience here! Immediately when I walked in the door the staff seemed more pre-occupied with themselves then the needs of myself or my pet. When I informed them I was here for my appointment the receptionist told me to have a seat, then took a personal phone call about her dinner plans and was making farting noises in the background. I WAITED FOR ATLEAST 20 MIN!! Then the Dr. did a poor exam which I paid $40.00 for and she did not even notice the fleas on my pet! I am very dissapointed in the exam, the entire staff and my overall experience. Oh and one more thing I had just come from the gym and several of the male staff employees failed to bring there eyes up from my ****.

Couldn't ask for kinder people. We've gone to them for a few years now and have been touched by their compassion. We've lost two bassets in 2 years and the staff went above and beyond to try to save each of them (cancer in both cases.) They greet me by name on sight (well, I do practically live there!) and recognize my voice on the phone. I once picked up an abandoned dog they called me about--and did the shots for free before turning him over!

Dr. Johanssen and her staff are amazing! I have used them for years and have never found a more caring, attentive vet or staff. Highly recommend!
