I don’t often take my cats to the vet unless there is a problem so as for monetary value, I don’t know if what I paid it’s a lot, fair or on the cheaper side. Just giving honest feedback. Otherwise, the place is great! We’ve been there twice with semi-serious issues and they were great. The vet is thorough and knowledgeable. Staff is super and the place is awesome! Totally cat specific. It’s great!

Everyone was kind and considerate. They understood the stress of catching our little female feral. They were also wonderful about keeping her a few extra days while we had work done outside our deck where the kitty hides. Would highly recommend this vet. Patty Terrell

I have taken my cats to this vet for about 25 years. They are an amazing caring and knowledgeable staff. I've never worried when I have needed to board my cat. They are always well taken care of.

Best kitty vet around. They are a tad more expensive (I think? All vets are expensive) but my cat children get only the best care from Dr.Rowell.

I think the care is excellent, I choose it over other vets because I trust them, but I honestly I find it a little expensive. In fairness, I would rather pay more than go anywhere that I trust less.

The staff was friendly and caring. They diagnosed my elderly cat well and gave me choices in how to care for her as she ages. I did not feel at all pressured to buy medications or food from them and was given sample food to try. The facility is filled with cat memorabilia…pictures, statues, feline magazines and even stained glass cat windows. Overall a good experience and I’ll return.

We rescued a cat from a rescue group. Took it to Cat Care Hospital for some TLC. She came back smelling awesome (lavender) and with a pep in her step. They clipped her nails and put on acrylic cat nails. I’m sure she enjoyed her experience and we are enjoying the results. We will definitely be back. P.S. the vet did a basic health check and made care recommendations for her gums. Great place!!!

For almost 20 cat care hospital has been taking care of my girls with respect caring and love. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

I am so disappointed in my experience here. Not only were my cats nails NOT thoroughly trimmed but I was abruptly asked “what are we doing about her fleas” and then after not being able to give me a straight forward answer regarding this random flea problem. After agreeing to (what I still don’t know what I agreed to) I hear the vet say in the back room “what did I tell you? THEY NEVER SAY NO” I was disgusted and felt so embarrassed. I must also mention the cat waiting room smells like cat urine. I spent money I didn’t have for a procedure my cat didn’t even get (her claws are still getting stuck to our carpet.)

As always it's a pleasure to go to cat care hospital. Only problem is mindy I don't like her attitude. Her use usage of language is unprofessional my cats don't like how she handles them.
