The only person I ever see there is the Vet herself, which is fine by me because appointments go smoothly and expediently and I'm usually the only patient there. I think on surgery days she has other staff in with her (I hope!) The office is clean, relaxing and quiet. This vet is on the expensive side but I expect that with a cat-only clinic. She obviously cares very much about my cats and there's no price you can put on that. She doesn't rush through appointments or have 8 other people (and cats) waiting in other rooms which is such a poor feeling. She answers any and all questions and is honest if she doesn't know an answer to something. I never feel scammed or ripped off.

The few times I visited there was not a receptionist. The VET also served as the receptionist. The prices are a little high but worth it. No barking darks around my cat which makes him nervous.
