I first took my cat here because it was convenient. The staff was indifferent and not very friendly at all! I had a 10am appt and ended up waiting 30 min! When I FINALLY met the doctor he was unfriendly, somewhat rude and told me they needed to do blood tests etc. I was just there to get an update on my cats shots! They wanted to pile on all these extra charges saying my healthy 2 yr old cat needed this and that. I think not! I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The staff and doctors are very patient with my animals. (my dog is not so easy to handle) They are always very kind and take their time to make friends first. The staff is very knowledgeable and always willing to help.

Bad experiences with both doctors at this location. Took my dalmation in with seizures and they sent me home with the dog to suffer because i didn't have the money with me. This i could understand, but when i went back an hour later they left me in a room, dog still having constant seizures, for an hour before someone came in to see us and by then the dog had to be put down. I had another instance when my puppy broke a leg, they told me they had to do surgery and put pins in his leg, and after my first experience i told them i wanted a second opinion, and the doctor proceeded to tell me i didn't deserve to own a dog if i wouldn't take care of him right away. I haven't returned.
