My 10 year old cat started showing signs of a UTI so as soon as I could I made an appointment here since it's where I got her from and have been going for visits (I've never taken her anywhere else.) Now I'll admit, I haven't been keeping up with her vaccinations and I know that's bad but we live in a 3rd story apartment building, no mice, no way for her to get outside (not once in her life has she been outdoors) so I never thought much of it. When I came in for the visit I signed a paper with all the info stating that it was true which included the dates for the last vaccination. They KNEW she wasn't up to date! Anyway my cat gets freaked out for a vet visit (even more so since she was sick.) Vet comes in and starts petting her, didn't ask about her temperament towards strangers, cat turns and bites her... cat's not up to date with rabies vaccine... 10 day inpoundment for the cat ($$$$$). I'm just dumbfounded at their lack of protocol. Never taking her there again.
