	7/25/14	Dr Cloud does not take the time explain treatment options. Only returns phone calls at 5:30 on his way out the office when and if you're not available at that time, you won't be able to talk to him and no one else can answer questions. I have been working with him for 6 months and have finally decided it will be easier to will be travel 45 minutes to my old vet rather than deal with him.
