Small dog having difficulty delivering pups. Took to vets for less and they did a c section. The thing is they sprayed her without permission and without it being a medical emergency. They did it she said because it would save me money since they were already there but realy it was to punish me because of the large pup.

The staff was one of the least compassionate group that I have ever dealt with. While bringing my dog in to put to sleep because his cancer had gotten much worse and was suffering every one at the front desk couldnt't care less. They were rude talked about the private matter loud enough to hear anywhere in the animal clinic. There is only 3 rooms for your animals to be seen and typically only one vet on duty at a time. You may end up waiting for well over an hour since there is no appointments to be made. Anyways we use to always go to vets for less do to their great pricing but after that day when I had to put my best friend to sleep I will never go back.

A very serious, yet simple diagnosis, was missed for my dog by the vet here. A few days later another vet easily diagnosed him using vets for less' test results, and stated my dog needed emergency hospitalization or would die soon. I am frightened that the vet at Vets for Less missed this and we delayed my dog's treatment by four critical days. The second doctor took about thirty seconds to see my dog was severely ill, while the vets for Less vet missed it completely. Scary. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, but the results were definitely not satisfactory.

I live in Burien and I started to go there for my dogs shots but now I see them for everything. There doctors are wonderful and there staff are always very caring. Sometimes its very busy, but there ALWAYS happy to see us! THANK YOU! :)

Vets For Less in Federal Way is GREAT! They opperate as a walk-in clinic, no appointments needed, so your pet can be seen when it is best for your schedule! Their prices are EXCELLENT, much lower than other vets in the area, but the care they give to my pets is the best. Dr. Miller is an excellent surgeon, so if your pet needs any surgery I recommend you go here. You will be impressed! The staff is very friendly, and even on busy days (Saturdays can be crazy there) they keep everything flowing and keep everyone happy. They will even stay late to treat you pet if you arrive close to closing time. This place is the best! I wouldn't go anywhere else.
