I have, over the past 35 years, taken my pets to many vets. VVH is by far the best practice I have ever used. Every vet, tech, and assistant is knowledgable and compassionate. The office staff is top notch, too! For the past 10+ years Frank Capella has cared for my dogs as if they were his own. I have the utmost confidence in his judgement. What a comfort that has been, especially when the circumstances are complicated and decision making becomes difficult. I cannot recommend them more highly. I have often wished that I could get such good care from my own doctor.

I want my pets, and in the past, horses to rec. the best care I can give them. My animals have always rec'ed wonderful care. The office staff is also on the ball. I drive 30 miles one way because they are that good..

They are outstanding with our animals. Even in a time of grief, they are caring and compassionate. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent vet in CNY.

I drive 2 hrs each way to have Kerry treat my dogs. All vets in the clinic are excellent. Great with pets, great w/ their (neurotic) owners, friendly helpful staff, progressive treatments (chiropractic/accupuncture) They're a bit pricey, but *ABSOLUTELY* worth the $ & the trip. The only bad thing about them is top surgeon Paul Bookbinder left the practice, but he's (literally) right next door.

Wonderful vet! I've had bad experiences with other vets, but Kerry Brown is one of the best. He actually provides clear and understandable diagnosis to owners, which I greatly appreciate. Highly recommended, and, as the previous review stated, worth the trip if you are a bit out of the way.

Phenominal care! My dog was misdiagnosed for three years - Barb Roach of Village found the problem immediately. Since then I have met even more pet owners with similar stories. John Endress was also instrumental in saving my dog. Absolutely worth the drive to use this facility.
