Vets are caring to pets and make you feel comfortable.I feel that some of the vets seem to always push for unnecessary procedures.Receptionists are very rude.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this vet! The doctors are nice even though they diagnosed my dog with cancer, suggested a very expensive procedure and gave her less than 2 months to live without it. I received another opinion and did not have this procedure done. My dog lived for 23 more months to nearly 15 years of age! The technicians however are worse and are downright dangerous. They administered medication to my pet without notifying or consulting me. This caused a reaction and discomfort to my dog which could have been avoided if I was simply informed. When I wrote a letter to the manager inquiring about the practice of giving medication without consultation they asked me to find another vet. I was only to happy to comply. These people are dangerous.

front end staff needs some better customers service skills, but vets are very nice and comforting, I brought my pet here without an appointment and they were very accomadating.

There are always several vets there. They are open 7 days a week. Several of the vets are very Greyhound (sighthound) knowledgeable.
