My horse died last night. After calling and leaving a message for Dr Keller on the emergency number given & not getting called back we ended up calling someone from Horse Cave. Much further away. She did all she could, but it was too late. Almost 24 hours later, I still have not received a call from Dr Keller. I could almost understand if he was working another emergency last night, but that doesn't excuse not getting a call from someone at some point at least today. Not the caring customer service my friends, family & I expect for our animals from a vet practice. My horse had to suffer more than he should have while we waited for a call.
