While I agree that Dr. Talbott is a great vet, I have had nothing but negative experiences with everyone else there. receptionists, vet"techs" (pretty positive none of them are registered), Dr.Brasher is especially awful and unfriendly. I have been a dog owner for over 12 years and have known many beloved vets. After having moved to Nashville, I went there because it was close by. I tried it three times and will never go back. I know what my dogs need and what they do not. I am not a cheap skate. That being said, i felt that i was totally being "sold" and being coerced into things that I know my dogs did not need and had nothing to do with the visit. Hey, those of you who enjoy being demeaned and oversold, by all means enjoy the commission based staff and fattening Dr. Brasher's already fat pockets.

Dr. Talbott cared for my dog up until his very last moment on earth and I am so grateful that he was with me when Scout left this world. Dr. Talbott is not your ordinary veterinarian. No review or amount of feedback could ever communicate how unique he truly is and how grateful I am to have found him. Dr. Talbott cares deeply for his animal patients and works tirelessly to provide them with the best possible care and treatment. Out of all of the vets I have seen in my day, this man deserves to be recognized for his true devotion to animals and his huge loving heart. I have no doubt that he has a place reserved for him in Heaven and so do many of the sweet members of his staff who tried to save Scout's life. 'Thanks' will never express the amount of appreciation I will always have for Dr. Talbott and staff.

The staff is friendly and helpful. I never feel rushed by Dr. Talbot either in person or via phone. My dogs actually like going to the vet.

Belle Forest Animal Hospital has repeatedly quoted me a price prior to services and ended up performing services I did not request, charging me much higher prices than I was quoted for the original procedure and have refused to resolve complaints. The staff has no idea what one or the other is doing, so depending on which one you ask, you may get different answeres. I was told three different prices for the same thing. They over-medicated my pet when he was being boarded (to the point where he was violently ill) and have used ineffective procedures with application of other medications. This has be verified by the manufacturer of the product. When I have repeatedly tried to resolve these issues, I have been told that if I was unhappy with the clinic, to take my business elsewhere, and that is what I intend to do. I've had pets all my life and have NEVER experienced such a negative and unprofessional group of Veterinarians. I do not recommend them at all!

Belle Forest has been taking care of my pets for over 20 years. The doctors seem to really care for the animals and are equally friendly to their owners!

I've used Belle Forest for over 4 years and am there regularly due to my cat's ongoing condition. All of the vets and the staff have been friendly, professional, and treat me and my cat extremely well. I have never been as pleased with a vet as with Belle Forest, and I'd recommend them to anyone.

I love Belle Forest! I have taken my cats there since they were 1 year old. I moved from their orignal vet(snotty, insensitive staff)and have been very happy with the care all 3 of us receive(me included). When I had to put my 13yo Sunday to sleep in january they let me stay with her as long as i wanted. they even made all the arrangements to have her cremated and her ashes deliverd back to me. I can always call with any questions and they always call me back in a timely manner. the staff is great and the Doctors are smart,thorough, gentle and kind. The Dr's are up to date on new treatments for various ailments. My 12yo Squeak is currently there and is receiving the best care. Thanks everyone @ Belle Forest, you guys rock!

I had an emergency with my cat, she was really sick, and I called them at 7am Monday morning and they gave me an appointment for later, but said I could come in and wait in case they had an opening. I got there at 7:30 and we were seen at 8am. They were kind, the visit wasn't as expensive as I expected, and they were just as good on the follow-up visit. Also, instead of trying to sell me on an expensive prescription diet food, the vet talked over my options and agreed with my researched choice of a store-bought high-protein food, half the price of the prescription food. I'm definitely going to stay with Belle Forest as my cat's vet.

Belle Forest is a wonderful place that cares for my baby's needs. The doctors really know what they are doing and the staff is always nice to me.( I don't know what you other peoples problems are) I know that Belle Forest cares for my baby in the very best ways they can.

Belle Forest Animal Hospital is one of the most reasonable and understanding vets I have ever been to. They consoled me when I lost my dear pet to cancer and they were even considerate enough to send me a "Sorry for your loss" card in which they all sighned. I understand that sometimes they get swamped and have to deal with irrational customers who won't listen to their experienced advice. Belle Forest is a great hospital.

My family has taken our pets to this clinic for more than 20 years. I have always found the staff to be extremely knowledgeable (not afraid to research an answer that they don't know- very important) and friendly and the vets often will go out of their way to spend time explaining difficult cases. I have several friends who have moved their pets to this clinic and part of that was based the fact that their costs for services are much more reasonable than other clinics in town and the attention to their clients much better. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who values their pets' health and well-being.

The entire staff was wonderful. The receptionist were all so pleasant & professial. The techs were great with my cat. The doctors took time to answer all of my questions.

This place is the best. I have been a client for over 20 years and couldn't be happier. The doctors and staff are very friendly and compassionate. My dogs love it there. I highly recommend them.

Wow! This clinic has become very expensive. Service has not gotten any better, the facility is not any better but the price has gone up. There are some vets here that I like but I have to agree with the other poster. I have to steel myself to go in and deal with the snotty staff. (The receptionists, the vet techs and yes, even some of the vets.) The nice ones come and go while the sour ones stay on forever making my vet visits less fun than they already are. The vet care is generally top notch I will say that, especialy the two male vets.

TO test a young cat for FIV, they wanted to sedate her. I asked if I could hold her and they said no. Yet they had 4 vet techs that could not handle her. I declined to pay to have her sedated and when to another vet office (Dr. Harris)and had no problem getting the test.
