Excellent in every possible way. The vets are very knowledgeable, very respectful and compassionate, and the support staff is excellent. Great follow-up after tests and treatments. Very accommodating with medications and scheduling. Very happy to be their client!

I bring my pets to this hospital and they are treated with the best care! The staff here are always friendly and warm. The doctors are always available to answer any questions that I may have. The facility is beautiful and VERY clean.

Im new the Albany area and a friend recommended Sandcreek to me- Ive got a bunny and a kitten. Dr. McDaniel is AMAZING. After my bunny was spayed he made sure to call me and see how she ws doing. He also gave me his home phone number for emergencies! They charge fair prices and deliver excellent services. I will be genuinely sad to move to another area in a few years and lose him as my vet :( HIGHLY recommended!!!

Sand Creek is a wonderful place! Everyone there is very caring and friendly and the Drs. are both very knowledgeable and great with the animals. I would highly recommend anyone to bring their animals there especially if they prefer a small vet atmosphere where everyone knows you and your pet.

I was a looking for a good vet for my new pup and used to go to Colonie Vet for my old dog. Not happy there! I looked into other vets in the colonie area and decided to put the care of my new pup in Sand Creek Animal hospital figuring I could always change vets if I didn't like the service. I could never be happier with staff, PROMPT service and care and concern that Dr. Carmichael and her staff show. I wish they were around for my old dog. Dr. Carmichael is caring and really listens to your concerns and has PATIENCE with my pup and that is more than I could ask for. After working with animals all day, she still puts a smile on even though I'm sure she's tired and still shows alot of care for your animal. We are very happy there and I would recommend Sand Creek to everyone I know!

this is a husband and wife team. they are very caring and go above and beyond. my cat had a problem with his eye, and dr. mcdaniel (husband) came in to the office on a sunday night for us, and gave us his cell phone in case of an emergency. he was prompt to respond and took care of us instead of sending us to an open hospital. great staff, prompt service and has saturday hours! would highly recommend!
