This is a one vet practice but Dr. DuBois is a wonderful, compassionate man, and the wait is worth it, because he spends all the time necessary with every patient and doesn't rush anyone through. The hospital is not a state-of-the-art clinic with all the latest technology but Dr. DuBois keeps up with the professional literature, takes regular refresher courses, and makes very good referrals to specialists when needed. I have been taking my cats to the Hyattsville Animal Hospital for over twenty years and have never had cause for regret.
