*	7/27/08	The staff @ hermosa are the friendlest and most professional I have ever met. I feel my pet was cared for much better than any other clinic I have been to in colorado. I have lived all over and been to many vets and hermosa is the best!
	6/23/07	After being on the thyroid medicine for a month we retested my dog and adjusted the dosage. After another month had gone by I could see something was wrong with my dog. She was drinking massive amounts of water and was loosing weight rapidly. She had also started wetting her bed which never happened before. After repeated visits and phone calls about this (I could never get a vet to speak to me on the phone) I was assured the dosage was correct. I decided to take her to another vet with her blood work charts from Hermosa. Instantly the new vet noticed on the chart that her kidneys seemed to be failing. Found that her heart rate was 110 at resting, it should be 60. Her temperature was high. So the new vet changed the dogs diet and The new vet instantly had me cut the dosage of thyroid medicine in HALF. It’s now been only a week and my dog is doing tons better. And her heart rate which I check every day now is down to 84 bpm. I would never recommend anyone to Hermosa.
	5/27/07	I take my dog there. This last time I was suprised at the fact they were confused with the files. They took my little dog to the back for her shots and not in a room. I was not able to be with her. When they brought her back they held a conversation with another client while she held my dog. She had already been given her shots and I had been standing there thinking nothing had been done. They are also aware that she is allergic to the shots and they "FORGOT" to give her benadryl even though it said in her file and I told them 4 times. I am hoping they get back to the way they were. It was a great clinic. I am now very concerned.
	5/17/07	I've taken several of my animals to them and I've always been pleased with them.
	2/18/07	I asked them to do surgery on my female rottie with the flipped intestines. They said she needed to be stableized first.They decided not to do the surgery for which they said she seemed fine and told me to take her home after 2 days. I took one look at her and said she was not fine. They told me that she had been through a lot and to just baby her for a few days... she died the same night! I lost my best friend! She should have had the surgery to have atleast a chance of life. She was only 4 years old.
	1/30/07	i took my pug to this clinic two times in one week. The first time I was told she might have an obstrution. The second time I was there I was told by another doctor that she just had a bacterial infection. Eight days later I took her back and that same doctor told me it was an obstruction. He did surgery on her that night and she died. The next day I was told that I needed to pay for her cremation which would be 120.00 they said it would be a week. Well, I waited three weeks and now they want 400.00 for things that were never discussed with me. I was willing to pay the 120.00 for her ashes, but now they have changed the whole story. I feel I should be entitled to her ashes. And I do hold them responsible for allowing her to get so sick. When I did attempt to find out what was wrong with her. I loved her like she was my daughter. But that doesn't matter to some people.
