Click to report rating    10/14/11 The practice, in general, treats everyone in such a detached manner. The front office staff are the WORST-rude, full of attitude, and ignorant. I used this practice for at least 5 years for my five dogs. I always felt like they were doing me the favor of letting me pay them and bring my pets. The last straw came when my daughter brought one of our dogs in for an appointment. She arrived exactly as scheduled. The snotty receptionist ignored my daughter. After waiting nearly an hour--more patient than I would have been--my daughter asked why she had not been seen yet. The snotty receptionist barked, "You were late! We'll do our best to work you in!" I called and spoke with the practitioner/owner, who had little interest in her staff's behavior. I have since switched to a new vet. It is a group practice and they have really scratched their heads over some of the care my one dog received. Would never recommend this veterinary practice--ever! RID: 28304
