The office staff and a few of the vets are awesome. There are two vets that are not very good. They seemed to be in practice way too long

My family was looking at adopting and the person answering the phones stated they needed to talk to me first. They did explained that the info they would provide would go against me to adopt the animal. I was confused and called the rescue back and explained what happened. Our animals for many years have gone to LuvMyPet for their annual shots and blood work to assure all is good. If anything comes back positive, we go to the vet. When we picked the animal up from the rescue to my surprise, Bloomingdale animal hospital told the person at the rescue that my family should never be allowed a pet since we don't take care of our animals. I was so upset with them since we have records for all our animals and they have been taken excellent care of. I wil never take my animals back to this vet.

I got the referal of this vet from a friend. I made appointment with them 1 week ahead before I bought my new puppy. As most of you know we need to take puppy to vet check the dog within 48 hours after you brought puppy home. My vet called me on my appointment morning and rescheduled my appoitment to 3 days later. I told them my situation, they were like "We cannot do anything for you, our doctor called in sick today, am I suppose to call the doctor in just for your dog? If you want to take your dog else where, by all means." NO apology, but forced to change appointment to 3 days later, what am I suppose to do for my 48 hours vet check? Of course they don't care, and showed no sorry feeling. The person who called said it is not her fault, but as a person who call to inform client changing appointment, whether it is her fault or not, he/she should apologize and accomdate the schedule the best they could in client's will, instead of forcing 3 days later and say go else where if you want.

This is the best veterinary practice that I have ever been to. I have been a client for 20 years, and now that I've moved out of state I still bring my dogs to them when there's anything wrong. I haven't found a vet I like or trust nearly as much as these vets anywhere else.
