We used this vet for bloodwork since they were close to our home. They worked with our other vet (we've had for 17 yrs) for a while, then out of the blue I rec'd. a call saying they did not want to work with other vets, and would not take direction from other vets. The owner told me I had to either choose them as my only vet, or not come back. I've spoken to several professionals about this and they all think I should have reported them, as this is unethical behavior. They weren't interested in the well being of my cat, but instead only interested in getting all of my money and making all the decisions. I was told Dr. Mosley prompted this since I asked their front office to fax some results to my other doctor. I'm so glad there are many new and better vets in that same area now.

After Dr. Mosley removed two fatty tumors
from my dog she never ate on her own
again. They were not cancerous. After the
surgery I had to feed my dog pureed foods
with a turkey baster for 6 weeks to keep
her alive. Dr. Mosley lied to me about
Ultrasound results on my dog, I did not
get the truth until I spoke with the owner
of the Clinic, Dr. Bischel. Dr. Mosley
told me the dog needed to be put down
because the ultrasound revealed problems
with kidneys, liver, gall bladder, and
intestines. When I requested a copy of
the ultrasound report and went over the
results with Dr. Bischel, I was very
surprised that the report showed
everything to be normal, totally opposite
from what Dr. Mosley had said. Dr.
Bischel recommended the dog staying at the
clinic for IV therapy, I said fine as long
as you will be her vet. She said she would
but unfortunate for my dog Dr. Bischel
only worked half days and my dog was at
the mercy of Dr. Mosley. My d

I was not informed that my cat (a prior patient) needed a vaccine update to be groomed. This increased the price I got on the phone ($30) to $96 - and they waited until I brought my cat in to inform me of this. That seems shady! They also tried to overcharge me last time when my cat had a teeth cleaning and I had to remind them to give me the shampoo that I had purchased. There service is not good. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS VET!

My dog has a very serious condition called bloat. I feel that they did not explain how serious the condition was at the time of our visit. They were also very rushed and unclear in explaining the the types of medication and dosage requirements our dog needed. I ended up researching the condition and medications online and have chosen to see another veterinarian.
