	10/19/11	I am new to the area and have had several visits with Dr. Mathewson now and have always had all my q answered and my pets been treated with care and compassion.The office sraff is great and are very compassionate also!
	9/18/11	When the practice was new, Dr. Matthewson was wonderful when we had to have our dog put down. But in recent years, the service has declined especially the front office staff which is a mess. We no longer get reminders when it is time for the dogs shots, but the final straw came when the vet left my husband waiting in the exam room with our dog while he went to pick up his kids from school and was gone for 20 minutes--no explanation until he got back.
	1/14/11	My beautiful dog died when I know something could have been doneto help her, medicine, etc. I described the symptoms everything. The vet did nothing. She died of congestive heart failure. She was 9. Sensless.I trusted him. I should have took her somewhere else.
	2/1/07	Doctor diagnosed my cat with kidney failure and told me there was nothing we could do. I was told that we he got down to 6lbs. to bring him in and they would put him to sleep. Never even told me what to expect or that there were things that could be done to help slow down the failure. Gave him 6 months to live. Dumped this vet and my cat is still here 8 months later because I went else where for help. Staff is rude and uncaring.
