After taking my English Bully in for a possible fractured leg and a severe skin issue I was given several medications to give him. When I returned home I gave him his dose of pain medication and he began projectile vomiting. I made numerous calls because I never heard back from them. That was over 3 weeks ago, still nothing. I had great experiences with them years ago, but recently something has definitely changed. I will never take any of my pets there again!

Established client, called for an emergency, was not given an appt. told to come in in the afternoon for walk in appt. Then received no treatment from Dr George for a sick diabetic dog.

They saw my Dog for an Ulcer in her eye. Kept having me come back every 3 days telling me they think she might need surgery but lets give more medicine and see how it goes. Finally after doing this for a few weeks, decided to take her to another vet to get a second opinion. Once the owner got word I did that, he sent me a letter saying he was letting me go as a patient. They were obviously milking me to get as much money as possible. By the way my dog that I took for a 2nd opinion needed emergency surgery.

Reception staff was not rude, but could have been friendlier. No one was smiling.Got checked in. Was in the doctors office on a timely basis. Asst. checked my dog's ears first. He left and about 10 minutes later the doctor, Dr. Nowlan came in, introduced herself, and started the general exam. She was very nice to me and my dog and very pleasant. She was also very informative as to what she suggested for my dog's ears. I agreed and the procedure was done.I paid $89.00, made another follow up appt., and was out of there in no time.I think the service was great and I'm happy I switched to Brigadoon.

Rude cool staff, and lied to me about what they do with euthanized pets. No wonder they rarely have but 1-2 cars. Run of the mill.

Another great visit at Brigadoon Animal Hospital!
My daughter’s kitten had become lethargic so I called and made an appointment.
We were greeted by a smile and friendly hello when we walked in.
Within just a couple of minutes we were in one of the exam rooms. A young man came in and introduced himself as Travis. He weighed the kitten, took her temperature and chatted with us as he made notes. (Travis has a calm easy manner about him that is refreshing and reassuring.) He said the doctor would be in momentarily. A minute or so later Dr. Puette came in. He examined the kitten while talking to me and my daughter. He said the kitten was running a little bit of a fever. He called Travis back in and told him what medicines to get for the kitten.
The kitten has responded to the medicines and is back to her playful self.
We have been well pleased with Dr. Puette and Brigadoon for over twenty-three years now. Professional and caring best describes Dr. Puette and his staff.

I had my dog seen at this hospital for all his puppy shots and decided to have him neutered there. The neuter went fine however after spending the night there,5 days later he came down with kennel cough. I brought him back and was told by a very rude female vet that I had never met that he probably did not contract it there and that I had to pay for the exam and meds. My dog is not around any other dogs and has been nowhere except in my home, backyard and car. I was finally told that I didn't have to pay for the exam after the vet spoke to the practice managager however I would have to pay for the meds. Be careful if you need to leave your dog overnight because despite having the kennel cough vaccine he now has kennel cough and I have to pay for the meds and almost had to pay for the exam. I will never go back again as I was made to feel like I gave my dog the kennel cough and was asking them to pay for the treatment.
