2/27/13 I had recently took my small dog to this place. the building is beautiful, BUT the staff, very unpleasent when it comes to your pets, they do not get personnal with you... what i had taken her in for ended up not the issue on their mind. They more wanted to run $1500+ worth of tests, (that had nothing to do with what i brought her in for)in the end she never needed the "extra" tests, which i found out from two other vets at a better location. i would not recommend this place to anyone. they have a new building, they need to pay for it somehow, so they'll suck it out of your wallets. ALSO most to all vets will call you to check up on your pet (as they are part of your family), this place didnt call once, until it came time to make an appt for a test not needed. (which they called me 8 times in two days). if you try here, good luck! (ALWAYS get a second/third opinion) RID: 40743

Click to report rating    2/4/07 This is the best veterinary center I have ever been to. The vets there are compassionate and tell you the truth about what's going on with your pet. They will not try to trick into wasting your money on tests and surgery if your pet has a poor chance at a good outcome. I have several cats that are senior citizens and they have been great with them. I also do volunteer work with a local animal rescue group and they have always been willing to see an emergency for me. You might have to wait a while in the waiting room for regualr appointments but once you are in the doctors there spend a lot of time with you answering all your questions and never make you feel rushed or if your questions are stupid. I manage a boarding kennel and have referred many of my customers there and every one of them has been happy. The support staff is really great too. RID: 2590
