We take Charlotte our King Charles Cavalier to Dr Shane and his wonderful, attentive staff. She loves them! They treat her as their own ... such "TLC" you can't imagine (and she has been boarded there sometimes two weeks or more). Dr Shane is an expert. He has handled serious problems like her hearing issues and significant improvement resulted (even as he cautioned her hearing may not be recovered). We have had many vets up north but no doctor has been as loving to our pet, as knowledgable, informative and caring as Dr Shane. There is hardly another place that can compare to the excellent customer care both in the pet clinic and in their superior boarding facilities. We won't be going anywhere else, this place is the best.

We love Dr. Daigle and so do our dogs!!! I know he has a lot of patients, but he has a way of making you feel like your dog is just as special to him as they are to you. He has the most incredible bedside manner and he explains all the scientific stuff in a way that you can understand. He came in on his day off to put our dog Penny down. He let her kiss him all over the face before the treatment and gave her a kiss on the head after she passed. Penny loved him so much and so do we. He is such a great vet. that I almost want to bring in my current dog just so we can visit with him even though she doesn't need a check up at the moment. I can't say enough good things about him as a vet. or person.

Dr Daigle is a wonderful, caring vet who knows how much my pets mean to me. He is very thorough and never is in a hurry to get to the next client. He and his staff are excellent. He also does work for various rescue groups and is just the best there is.

Dr. Daigle and staff are amazing! I consider him to be a Miracle worker. He saved my cats life after he was poisoned by the Menu Foods recall in 2007. His clinic is immaculate and you could literally eat off the floor. Is equipment is brand new and appears to be top of the line.
My entire family has moved their pets to Dr. Daigle and to this day he continues to keep all our pets happy and healthy! If you love your pets like a member of the family then Dr. Daigle is the only choice.
* He is very knowledgeable with geriatric pets too.

Dr. Daigle and his staff are wonderful! When I bought a dog from Petland without knowing how horrible those puppy mill places are, he saved my puppy's life. He has been a wonderful vet to both of our boys and we truly can't say enough about him! He's the best vet around, by far!

I am the owner of 6 boxers and do some rescue, this vet is a decent man and has a good heart. I have been in the Austin,cedar park area for ten years and have yet to meet a vet I would rave about till I met and have delt with Dr. Daigle.

I'm new to the area and was worried about finding a great vet. I highly recommend Dr. Daigle. Him and his staff are very personable and helpful.

Dr. Daigle is a wonderful vet! He seems to really care about our dogs health. One of my dogs went blind and he seemed more upset than me that it was not something they could correct. I appreciate that he will not tell you to get an expensive treatment done just because it could be done. For my blind dog he told me I could take her to an optometrist, but was very frank about the cost and the likelihood that they could do anything. He will even call you himself if your pet is there instead of having the staff do it all the time. Now that he is getting a good reputation, he is very busy but he gives you 100% attention when your pet is in.

Dr. Shane Daigle has taken great care of my two dogs and gone out of his way to communicate with me. After surgery, when I would call, (thanks to caller ID) he would pick up the phone himself and talk to me. I travel a long way to get to his clinic but it is worth it.
