Be Aware!!!! They sell medication at 2X Price!!! Yesterday visited Packanack Animal Hospital with my dog (skin infection). I've purchased a pills Apoquel 16mg Tablet, 20 count. When I came home, I decided to check the price of similar tablets from other sellers. How I was surprised when I saw the price from multiply sellers $1.99-$2.29 per tablet, while I paid $4.60 per tablet. Also, Cefpodoxime 200mg Tablet* 20 count, I paid $57.00 while other sellers would charge $1.50 ($1.68) * 20= $30 ($33.60). Good profit, Ha? Save your money, get a prescription, and buy somewhere else!

I have been going to Dr. Neuss since he started & I really like him, he is great & very gentle with the animals. Dr. C on the other hand doesn't listen at all & didn't want to see my diabetic asthmatic cat, because she said if prednisone didn't help her breathing nothing would. I took her somewhere else. So much fluid in her lungs & is having heart problems. I will never go back because of this woman. My cat would have died if I listened to her

Usually when I visit Packanack I see Dr. C and she's great but on my last two visits I saw Dr. Neuss and I would not recommend him to anyone. My dog was gagging after he ate & when I explained this to Dr Neuss his only recommendation was to raise my pet's food bowl. After the gagging continued I took my pet to a vet in the city only to learn that he had a mass on his chest. Of course the vet in the city gave my pet a thorough examine- something that Dr Neuss didn't bother to do.

After going to many vets, Dr. Confessore is the vet I go too. She is amazing, she is kind, gentle and honest and genuinely cares about your pet. She tells you the facts and lets you decide, what course of action to take. This practice is reasonable priced as well. We have a small zoo and these doctor's aren't out to take all your money. Now a days it's hard to find a Vet who isn't in it just for the money. Well this practice isn't. They do it for the love of the animals... I can not recommend this practice enough. Side note, the other vet is a bit odd but he's very good at what he does. Also, multiple pet discount :) Great staff as well.
