Money hungry and incompetent!! They killed my cat with the thyroid radiation treatment. Didn't review the x-ray from my vet prior to the procedure. After the procedure the vet goes out of town and can't be bothered when there are complications. The owner Dr Arn is just as useless. They take your money and run. When I talked to different vets because of the issues I received different responses from each one. Never heard back from the vet who performed the procedure. He wouldn't even talk to my vet. He made is tech call. He didn't care to find out what went wrong. It's been 3 years and I still have not forgotten their incompetence.

I have had the best pet care at this facility. I have gone to other veterinarians over the years and have always came back to this clinic. I have known Dr. Arn for 26 years.
