	2/10/21	Vet is rude, abrupt. Misdiagnosed my cat TWICE in 7 months, first with mega colon,the second time with kidney failure. Had to be badgered to get a callback from her. Cat was not eating at all which is a very serious situation. Finally took him to an ER clinic in another town and they caught the misdiagnosises and gave him fluids and ran some other tests and saved his life. Took him off the drugs that Perner prescribed and he is 100% better now. Dr. Perner has never called back to see whether my cat ever started eating again. She obviously couldn’t care less. I wish you would give separate ratings for the support staff and the veterinarian staff, because the techs and the front desk gals are very nice, but since the whole staff has to be rated together, and Dr. Perner is SO bad, I had to rate a 1.
