I have been basically pleased with the care that my animals have received at Batavia Animal Hospital. The clinic facilitities are somewhat dated, but appropriate for most of the needed evaluations. I have found that the veterinaries are knowledgable, and willing to refer patients to other clinics when needed. My only concern is that of the four veterinarians, two of them do not take the time to really listen to the clients, and are very quick to make a diagnosis without fully communicating with the owner. In other words, they are book smart, but not people smart, and in this field you need to be both.
