Dr. Kirk took care of our dog for most of his life, and he received excellent care. He took the time to explain, was compassionate, always went the extra mile, and I could not imagine my dog having a better doctor. Diagnosis, medicine, check in's were always done and accurate. Even when we had to put him down Dr. Kirk explained the medical results, our options, and was incredible in his empathy. We as a family are so grateful that our dog/family member was able to have Dr. Kirk and the staff at his hospital.They are such loving, thoughtful, and sound professionals. We highly recommend!

I have been bringing my cats to Queens Midway Animal Hospital for 15 years. The compassion coupled with the knowledge and wisdom of Dr. Kirk can only be understood if experienced directly. He is always willing to take the time to explain his findings and recommendations. He clearly loves animals and respects and honors their care givers. One of my cats was quite sick his entire life. Dr. Kirk helped control his symptoms and so the years he had on this earth were beautiful. Dr. Kirk helped me care for him with love and relative calm. I only wish vets could treat people as well. He is in the process of renovating his facilities and I'm sure the 4 rating will change to a 5 when this process is finished.

I am so very, very pleased with the care I receive from Dr. Kirk. I have two kitties, and when one of them was diagnosed with heart disease, he was so gentle and kind and explained everything to me. Then my other baby was diagnosed with urinary crystals, so I had to change his food to a prescription diet. The food is much more expensive, but the good news is both cats like it and as they are both males, it protects the urinary tract of both. Financially, Dr. Kirk is very reasonable and works with me taking into account my situation. I am also able to board my kitties. I have done so more than once and am very confident they get the care they need and are loved and played with. And if anything goes wrong, Dr. Kirk will call immediately. I could not ask for a finer physician for my babies.

I JUST LOST MY FIRST RESCUED DOG. NEVER IN MY LIFE IMAGINE THE BOND AND THE PAIN WE FEEL WHEN WE HAVE TO PART. DR KIRK MADE THE TRANSITION EASY BY EXPLAINING THE PROCCESS AND UNDERSTANDING MY FEELINGS. DR KIRD AND THE STAFF ARE MORE THAN GOOD THEY ARE EXCELENT. MARLEY'S MOM

I have a beagle that was extremelly ill and other vets gave me a little hope that she can recover. Hopefully I brought her to Dr. Kirk and now she is doing a lot better, she is back to normal. Dr. Kirk is very knowelegable and kind, he takes the time to listen to your concerns and explain everything clearly. He also very fair with the rates. Highly recommended

Dr. Kevin Kirk is kind, caring and competent. And his staff are compassionate and accommodating.Dr. Kirk spends time listening and explaining, making sure his explanations & instructions are understood! I do believe my pet's issues (allergies, GI) are particularly difficult to handle, other vets failed to heal him, but with Dr. Kirk's treatment/guidance he's doing great. I highly recommend him.
