Click to report rating    8/11/12 I just started working for this clinic and it was awful. I quit immediately. The staff and doctors have no idea what they are doing. Dr. Nave doesn't even have the time to talk to new employees. Doesn't OHSA ever go and inspect clinics. I don't know how that clinic is still in business. I would never take my dog there in a million years. RID: 36432
Click to report rating    5/25/08 My dog was sick with provo and the doctor never actually did the test to be postive it was so he like my dog come home and then a day later they did the test and start treatment after a day so they lost a day provo is deadly so i pulled him out of that vet and went some where else but a few days later he passed away because he was not treat right nor he was not taken care of and the doctor should not be practice if they do not know how to treat animals.. Click to report rating    7/28/07 I worked for Dr. Nave years ago. I witnessed teen staff members physically abusing animals (KICK, PUNCH, slam into the back of a cage, & actually brag about making a dog have a heart attack & DIE while they gave him a bath!) I told Dr. Nave & he asked me, Don't you have anything better to do than "tattle"?" Apparently he didn't care. In fact, a family brought in a mother cat & her baby kittens for Dr. Nave to examine. They all had feline leukemia & had to be destroyed. The family left in tears before it was done. Instead of Dr. Nave giving the injections in a vein (like MY vet has when I've had 2 animals put to sleep) he held each one by the nape of the neck & stabbed them in the heart with the syringe while they SCREAMED in horrific pain, slumping in their death after about ten seconds. NOTHING peaceful about it. Dr. Nave LAUGHED while he did this ... joked about getting scratched! That was 18 years ago. I just wanted you ALL to know what kind of man is running that office.  5/29/07 I think the vets know what they are doing, but I don't like many things about the clinic. First and formost, you can't make an appointment with a particular vet so it is quite possible you can call to see if that vet is in, load up your animals- I'm never taking one, put them in the car, go to the clinc, unload your pets, go in, and find that the desired vet left 10 minutes ago so you either have to take whatever vet is in or go home and try again. It has happened! RID: 4221
