	3/9/11	I diagree with the above. I've been bringing my pets to Dr. Adams for 7 yrs. now & find he is an excellent diagnostian. He has also been good with my animals. He is just a no nonsense type of Dr., which doesn't bother me, as long as he's good. Yeah, it's a little pricey, but aren't they all?? And some of them aren't even good!
	7/6/10	i brought my double merle miniature australian shepard in for a hematoma on her ear flap when i called to make the appointment i explained that she was deaf and had other birth defects and required special compassionate care when i arrived at the office i needed to explain her needs again the dvm nor his staff knew what a double merle was Dr richard adams was neither gentle or compassionate he is not a good listener talking over me whenever i spoke, he was dismissive to my dog's needs disrespectful to me quoted a price of $1500 + for the treatment and that was that he acted like a real arrogant blowhard and we left his office after a 10 minute visit $70 poorer i paid to be insulted,barked at {by dr} and my sweet dog is still suffering i'm very disappointed
