very over priced. nice staff except most of the docs are told to bill clients as much as possible by the owner.

Very good people and service, but they do not tell you what they charge until after and you pay through the roof! They wanted 450$$ to neuter my dog!!! VPI pet insurnace even skoffed when I submitted a claim for what they charged. Overall, I trust them, but not their hungry pockets.

I couldnt be happier with this place! Everyone that works there has an obvious love of animals. Each animal is an individual there, you never feel like just a number in their system. Their checkups are thorough and you cant ask too many questions. The staff is outstanding, the facility clean. I would be happy to pay a higher fee because of their services, but their prices are lower than most. I cant say enough good things about them. I have absolute trust in their care for my dog. I am a worrier and was never made to feel silly for asking so many questions. They give you their cards with their own extension number and tell you no questions is too small. If you have any doubt in the care your animal is receiving, switch. I did and there is no doubt in my mind I made the right decision. Peace of mind is what you get here!

This place is great. They treat every pet with unconditional love and they are very sincere in the owner raising a good pet. They offer one-on-one responsible pet classes in exchage for your pet being spayed or neutered. It's a win-win situation.
