My dog was a patient here for 10 years. Due to financial reasons and the fact that they would not take a "carecredit" card that gave me 6 mos. to pay, I was forced to go somewhere else for his annual checkup and shots. When I was told he needed a tooth extracted, I called to get back into this vet because of our 10 year history and I trusted him to put my dog under general anesthesia. I was told that because we went to another clinic for one visit, he is NEVER allowed back at this practice. Seriously??

The receptionist was not the most friendly or helpful. There is one tech that is always smiling, but other than that, it's frowns all around.
The doctor is a nice man and knowledgeable. It is virtually impossible to speak with him without explaining every detail to the receptionist who tries to diagnose and treat over the phone.
The facility isn't the most modern or technologically advanced. It's very basic healthcare for your pets. Nothing fancy.
