I have been going there for years for my dog. I noticed the past 3 years became more of a push for shots and treatments..they said she needed. To find out she did not need these extras. Every visit the price seem to be more than quoted. My last experience was the worst and cost me $800.00 for dental..that I originally did not want. The dental procedure was to be a add on to a suspicious skin scab. That required Sadie to be put under. I was sold this dental treatment while she was under and given a GREAT deal because of 2 procedures. Well, they noticed the skin scab had healed and tried calling. I was unable to answer for an hour. So, they went ahead and did the dental of which was the add on deal??? Then, when I talked to them said, there were 2 teeth that needed attention..after Blood work, X rays, Hospital care...all the trimmings for this procedure. I paid OVER $ 800.00 for a treatment that was never originally wanted. I never got the 2 treatment deal either. Such BS-FEEL SCAMED!

Too expensive and they are always rotating staff, I feel like no one there knows my dog and can't trust a place that is always changing people.

my dog had heartworm and going to this clinic has been the worst experience. I have dealt with a number of people in the clinic and was repeatedly given wrong information about the treatments. Everytime I phoned to set up an appointment, the administrative staff had no idea what I was talking about and would often times try to schedule me for incorrect treatments. I even had one of the vets give me wrong information and no one called me to correct the mistake. The facilities are nice and they seem to be running on time and I believe the prices are average as well, however, being misinformed and misled regarding my dog's heartworm treatment has been so frustrating that I will never go to this vet again. I feel that I could not trust this office to keep my dog's treatments in order and it is clear that there are serious communication issues among the staff and the vets.

We have been bringing our cat and two dogs here for a couple years now. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable. And we don't feel like they are pushing un-needed services and products.
