they love money, but not animals. not compassionate in the least. disgraceful, really
despite Wendy and I having taken our animals for years and spending tens of thousands of dollars, Crago refused an emergency treatment for my cat I was stopped eating and drinking and has lesions on her tongue, or even to make a non-emergency.
they are perfectly happy taking money for surgeries and expensive matters, but they definitely have no love for animals.
they will take your money for surgeries. but they cannot be inconvenienced for the sake of the health or welfare of an animal in pain and desperate need

I went there for years then it became a money making machine.

I have used this clinic for my animals for over thirty years. They are compassionate and professional. I would recommend the services here to anyone with small animals. In many cases they have 'gone beyond' in times of emergency.

on two seperate occassions the staff/dr did not inform us of testing results. the vets never called us and we had to go back to the office to get a consultation on the results. the one time was life threatening as a tumor was found to be cancerous, the second time blood results were not given regarding possible diabetes. we have since went to another vet who is more concerned over the health of pets rather than collecting money. also, crago vets have tendency to have you come back for another "consultation" fee rather than treat the condition in one visit.

All the people at this clinic really care about your pets. They treat everybody with kindness & compassion.
