the first visit was a very positive affect. vet was a woman and staff was wonderful the dog was brought in for euthanasia have ruptured tumor, and could not walk. next visit was a male vet. felt like my little dog had cooties and charges for the room "the state makes us" bs the state doesn't make you

I have been going there for years. They staff and doctors seem to really care about my pets. I was also worried that they were corporate but they weren't trying to push me into anything, they actually were not into the "sales" pitch at all. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

Several years ago I took my cat there that was lathargic and looking very sick. When I called about his blood sample the next day... they said I would need to bring him in for another; the lab didn't pick it up. When I immediately took the cat to another vet; one glance he took it from my arms to get fluids into him. He said that they should have known just by looking at him that he was dehydrated! He had some kidney problems but did well for a few years WITH A NEW VET. They did not even refund my $$.

Diagnosis of kidney failure in IG was made and never related to owner so, subsequent surgeries required were not possible. IG was put to sleep and ashes were not returned properly, the crematorium they hire removed titanium plates and retained? Monetary value possible ($25/kg). Staff was demeaning and spoke down to clients. Will not be returning any of my pets to that facility.

I was a little worried about going to a "corporate owned" hospital because I've heard some stories of how they only care about the money. However I found the staff and doctors to be very friendly and helpful. I definitely will go back again.
