	7/27/16	We took our little girl, dog, here to have lab work done at 1:00pm on a Friday afternoon. We brought her home and she went to sleep on the floor. When I picked her up there was blood all over her throat and on the floor.they took blood out of her jugular and it was still bleeding a couple of hours later. I called our vets office and was told they were closed and we needed to find another vet. Needless to say she is no longer with us. This is the truth!
	12/27/10	I will take my animals 20 miles out of town to see a much better vet clinic. I was quoted $200 more here for a dental and have felt like I was WAY over charged in the past. This clinic is in an old house and the conditions are both very small and feel dirty. Equipment is outdated or they simply don't have it. Dr. Janet Henkel is kind and knowledgable but some of her staff seem stuck up or unfriendly and made me feel uncomfortable, like they were talking about what they were going to charge me in the other room. I have had miscommunication issues with the Dr. and her staff that has lead to the wrong medication, or forgetting to give me the medication period for my sick cat. I have had good experiences here, but after getting second opinions I realize that I have been consistently overcharged and not fully informed by this clinic. I support local businesses, however must consider what is in both mine (wallet) and my pets (health) best interests. :(
