Very disappointed in SAH today.My dog has an open abscessed about the size of a quarter.It was an open wound with a little seepage.I told the recept she is known to kill animals.This could have been a bite.I would think the possibility of a wild animal bite would be a very serious concern and it would be a priority issue to rule out her getting rabies.I do not bring my animals in to the vet yearly.I do come in when they need their shots required by law.My animals are healthy.Their age shows it 19 years 9 years old and 4 years old.WE have been coming to SAH for over 17 years!!!We might not come in ever 6 months or for regular check ups.We dont even do that for ourselves unless we are ill.I feel very let down and as though the girl who I spoke with was very dismissive to my concerns because she said I had not brought my animals in since 2012 even though I do come in every YEAR to get their required shots.She said they do not keep records of that.I do not appreciate being brushed off
