	4/16/07	called oncall vet on sunday. dog deathly ill but Dr. JOE rfused to help and referred to emergency clinic hour away. pet died en route. Other vets in same office were always available for emergency calls. Dr. Joe was not. Could dog have survived if he rendered medical attention immediately??
