	11/9/12	I'm giving bad marks all the way for this DVM. My dog was dying and they said they would bump her and give her appointment to someone else, if they had been in more recently for care. I needed to have her evaluated to see if I could keep her comfortable at home until she passed. They told me her appt would be canceled if they needed that slot for another dog.
