Overbooked and overpriced. Save save yourself some time an money. This clinic is for rich people with plenty of time to wait and be forgotten about in the waiting room. I was a client for years until I saw how this clinic actually functions. The staff does not know how to treat customers and the office manager doesn't even have a standard operating procedure despite being the manager there for over 10 years. The manager allows the staff to act rude in front of her and doesn't say a thing. I spoke to the lead veterinarian of the clinic and he told me he couldn't treat patients and maintain a harmonious clinical environment. Do yourself and your pocketbook a favor and stay away from this place.
