Dr. Kratt, brought out his book to many times while we use to go to him. He just doesn't seem confident in his job. Plus I don't know if he knows how to smile?

The Support Staff is wonderful but Dr. Kratt thinks he know's everything. He's mis-diagnosed my dog and I went in there 4 times for the same problem then he kept trying new treatments and new medicines. I took him to another clinic and they said there was nothing that could be done for him and all the medication in the world wouldn't help him and I feel that I had been letting him suffer when I could have ended it 6 months ago.:(
