I took my cat in at 9am on Saturday because he wasn't feeling well. He is a big loving rescued cat. I okay'd doing bloodwork, the doctor said they found diabetes, that my cat would have to stay, be tested & given insulin. The cat's sugar level was 5 times higher than it should be. They did nothing for my cat until 6 hrs later and they demanded a $300 down payment. They left my cat in danger all that time when we had discussed his treatment but now I realize, the doctor put the brakes on it. When it was time to pick up my cat 3 days later, a vet tech took it on herself to make sure I had to pay the whole remaining balance before they brought out my cat after I had worked out payment arrangements. I have spent $1000s on my pets, I have paid all my bills including to this vet. I want some measure of compassion and service; you're not tuning up cars you are treating a member of someone's family! And you almost let my cat die! My treatment in this was horrible and all about the money.
