	11/22/11	They always say that the first person you meet or speak to in a business is the chance for a good first impression, and is a deciding factor of whether you will give the place your business. As a new client, I was turned off with my first impression here. Totally uncaring attitude over the phone, and certainly not a convenient location to take your pets if they are ill because this is not a full-service hospital. So, you're stuck taking your pet elsewhere, to people that don't know him/her, because this office is likely not available.
	3/28/08	I am SO happy I found this place. Dr. Johanson is fabulous. If you take your pets to their office (they also do in-house visits), it's like you aren't even at a vet's office - it's a house filled with animal toys and cat trees. She examined one of my cats on my lap and the other on a cat tree - no cold tables. It really made my cats feel at ease. Her knowledge is extraordinary. If I call/leave a message, even with a dumb question, I get a call back immediately. Highly, highly recommended.
	5/1/07	At Three Rivers they go above the knowledge and value of a regular vet. They know what kind of supplements to treat dogs and cats with instead of just pumping them full of harmful chemicals that in time will hurt them. I have gone to a traditional vet all my life but after coming here for a year and using my regular vet now I will only come here. I have 3 dogs and a cat and they are great with all of them.
