great place. i take my cat here as needed. as a walk-in it is very convinient. but sometimes you must be prepared to wait. very busy or they may be handling an emergency that has "walked-in". sometimes i am seen right-away and sometimes i have to wait. but that's even with my human doctor.

We have brought our dogs there since they were puppies. There is one grumpy butt tech there, but other than that, the docs are great and Luann is a wonderfulcaregiver to animals.

Took my puppy in for shots got called back right away, then I had to sit in the room for over an hour, before anyone came and talk to me
