	5/25/14	Staff was not friendly, Vet didn't introduce herself and seemed cold. Did not ask if I had any questions and didn't seem interested in speaking with me at all. Didn't explain what shots she was giving to my pet whom was up to date on his shots. Will not be taking my pet back.
	7/13/10	Over charging, miss treating pets, and credit card fraud.
