Ever since ownership changed the front office staff are rude. Will not ever offer to help you out when your arms are full with food just sit there and watch you make several trips to the car. Doctors don’t return calls and seem to be concerned with making money. Vet techs have terrible and flip attitudes and i don’t trust them to care for my animals. Will never go to this office again.

'Office staff are rude and can be confrontational when you call with an issue or concern. Vets at this office routinely utilize tests that they admit are flawed and that often yeild no usable results. I believe this is to over charge customers. I have spent $1500.00 trying to diagnose an itchy cat. When I question this I have been treated rudely. My calls to the vet are not returned. I have concluded that this is a business very concerned with making money and less concerned with the health of your pet. After 1500.00 and still no diagnosis, effective treatment, or cure I will be seeking another vet and I will never return to this office. '
